Eric Braman
Eric Braman (they/them) is an experienced facilitator, program designer, systems builder, and arts administrator well practiced in managing, coordinating, and supporting nonprofit and arts education endeavors. Eric cares deeply about leading processes that feel empowering for every participant. With years of experience facilitating community committees and collectives, Eric has led efforts involving arts and nonprofit leaders, government employees, educators, and students to create impact in local and statewide systems. Human-centered design that is efficient and easy-to-understand is at the heart of everything Eric builds, with an eye toward universal accessibility. Eric has worked with community nonprofits, philanthropic organizations, city agencies, community colleges and universities, and artist collectives. Clients include Oregon Community Foundation, Lane Arts Council, City of Eugene Cultural Services, and the University of Oregon Experiential Education and Prevention Initiatives. Eric earned their MNM in Nonprofit Management from the University of Oregon and has a BA in Theatre Performance and Creative Writing from Western Michigan University. They have completed additional trainings with TA Studio (Teaching Artistry), Mandala Center for Change (Theatre of the Oppressed), Tectonic Theatre Project (Devised Theatre), and Second City Chicago (Improv). Eric is a published poet, produced playwright, and professional theatre maker who loves hiking and contemporary art.
